WARNING: This product DOES NOT contain sunscreen and does not protect against the harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun that cause sunburns. UV-exposure can lead to skin cancer and premature aging, even if your skin does not burn.

WARNING: Sunless spray tanning is accomplished in part by application of a solution containing the active ingredient dihydroxyacetone (DHA). According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), DHA is a color additive for use in imparting color to the human body. However, its use in cosmetics (including sunless "tanning” products), is restricted to external application. The FDA has directed that all users of DHA sunless spray tanning services avoid inhaling or ingesting DHA. When receiving sunless spray tans containing DHA it may be difficult to avoid incidental exposure to sensitive areas including the eyes, lips, mucous membranes or internally. The FDA recommends that you take the following measures to protect against incidental ingestion and/or inhalation during your session by using the provided: facial mask, nose filters, sealing lips with a barrier lip balm, using protective eyewear, and use of protective spa undergarments.
If you have any history of asthma or a respiratory condition that could be aggravated by the use of a spray tanning solution, please consult your physician before spray tanning. Please inform us of any past allergic reactions to spray tan products. We may request written consent from your doctor before allowing you to use our services.

ABOUT YOUR SPRAY TAN SESSION:
You will enter a private room where you elect to dress down to your comfort level. If you choose to wear clothes, a dark swimsuit or dark cotton underwear is recommended. Disposable spa undergarments are available to you as well. The spray tan solution should wash out of most clothing. It is always best to come to your session wearing dark loose fitting cotton clothing. It is advised to wash the undergarment or clothing worn as soon as possible after your session.

Maintaining your color is possible with subsequent visits. Healthy, hydrated skin will hold results longer and achieve color faster. Ask a tanning consultant about the proper care regimen. For best results, it is recommended to wait a minimum of 24 hours after the sunless spray tanning session before showering or engaging in any activity that will cause you to perspire. This will allow your sunless spray tan to fully develop and will ensure the longest lasting results.

The sunless spray tanning equipment is designed to provide as even a tan as possible. However, results may vary due to the user’s height, shape, and standing position. It is possible you will find some areas of your tan lighter than others. In most cases, these differences are minor and disappear after several sessions. Following the direction of your tanning technician will help ensure the most even and flawless tan results. Many customers wear disposable shower caps (provided by servicer) to keep the solution from getting in their hair. The solution doesn’t penetrate hair follicles and will not change hair color.

COVID19 WAIVER:
You hereby acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID19 among many other contagious illnesses and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed or infected and hereby release "THE GLOW MOTHER" Danielle Selby from any and all claims arising from or in connection with any COVID19 impacts resulting from the booked service.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
You hereby agree to allow servicer to apply spray tan solution to your skin. To your knowledge, you have no medical condition or allergy which would preclude you from having this procedure done. You understand that you are doing this at your own risk, and you agree to hold servicer harmless of any and all liability for medical complications that may arise from exposure to the spray tan solution. You have been advised to discontinue use if any reaction occurs. You hereby acknowledge that results of sunless tanning do vary and that no guarantee of the results is offered or implied.

You acknowledge that the importance of wearing protective items to limit/prevent inhalation or ingestion of DHA around the eyes, lips, or mucous membrane, or internally has been discussed with you. You also acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to wear your own protective items and that protective items have been made available to you.

Furthermore, you agree to release servicer from any liability in the event of stains to clothing, car and furniture upholstery, jewelry, and accessories, and any other objects your body might come into contact with, or theft of personal property. You understand that your participation in sunless tanning and alcohol consumption is voluntary and that you are free to choose not to participate. You also promise, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless servicer against any and all legal claims and proceedings of any description that may have been asserted in the past, or may be asserted in the future, directly or indirectly, arising from personal injuries to yourself or property damage resulting from participation. You understand that packages are sold on a per person basis and are not shareable or transferable.

You have read and completely understand this consent, and agree to the above waivers of liability, recommendations, and terms. You also agree to first contact servicer if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your results. You understand that the results of sunless bronzing do vary and that no guarantees of specific results are offered or implied. All sales are final.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT:
It is understood and agreed to that the below identified discloser of confidential information may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that
1. The Confidential Information to be disclosed can be described as and includes:
Invention description(s), technical and business information relating to proprietary ideas and inventions, ideas, patentable ideas, trade secrets, drawings and/or illustrations, patent searches, existing and/or contemplated products and services, research and development, production, costs, profit and margin information, finances and financial projections, customers, clients, marketing, and current or future business plans and models, regardless of whether such information is designated as “Confidential Information” at the time of its disclosure.
2. The Recipient agrees not to disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser to anyone unless required to do so by law.
3. This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties.
4. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.

WHEREFORE, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein.
